The Temple of Divine Providence

In December 2022, we completed the first stage of the exterior illumination of the Temple of Divine Providence in Warsaw, which included the illumination of the cross, the dome and the band under the dome.

In creating this project, we proceeded from the assumption that the lighting should emphasize the form and give symbolism to the Temple. The use of Griven and Anolis fixtures from ROBE lighting with adjustable light colors makes it possible to use the color of the light, according to the liturgical colors. In Christianity, colors are considered symbols and are meant to externalize the nature of the rites performed, as well as express the dynamics of the liturgical year.

Scope of work:

• execution of a lighting analysis based on visualization
• installation of new luminaires
• programming of the control system
