Designed to operate as a full-fledged moving head profile or as a static but repositionable one, the unique TX1 PosiProfile™ enables positioning and operation in very tight spaces where crew access is problematic or movement options are severely limited or not required.
Utilizing Robe's patented BARS™ (Brake Attribute Retention System) operated directly from the console, the TX1 remains static by locking motorized attributes, such as pan and tilt, zoom and focus, in place. The device remains in that place until it is released.
Typically, devices perform pan and tilt movements for calibration before use. This is not the case with the TX1!
Thanks to the new patented MAPS™ (Motionless Absolute Positioning System) technology, the fixture remains completely stationary during calibration, unlike all other fixtures that must at least move to the home position.
The ability to restrict movement even before installation via the built-in QVGA display or from the console, protects against collision and accidental damage when the TX1 is in very tight spaces.
The functional TX1 retains the full motion capabilities of the standard moving head profile.
With the patented MSL-TE™ 500W multispectral LED engine generating over 13,500 lumens, you have all the benefits of data collection, cost-effective motor replacement and longevity that TRANSFERABLE ENGINE technology provides.
Quality of light is assured. Belonging to the T series, you have the same color control platform as other luminaires in the series to achieve identical color mixing. Excellent color reproduction is assured with adjustable CRI from 80 to 95+ and variable color temperature from 2,700K to 8,000K.
The built-in DataSwatch™ color library contains 237 favorite colors and hues, including factory-calibrated whites using the Robe Colour Calibration™ (RCC™) system for accurate reproduction and on-call self-monitoring of the LED engine. No external tools are required.
A 5.5°-50° zoom range with a 9:1 ratio with superior optics and industry-leading beam quality and homogenization guarantees excellent projection and flat beams. The patented Plano4™ shutter module with four individual planes, with 120° module rotation, produces precise shutter cuts without distorting pillowing, with aperture as standard.
Two quick-change frosts are included: the MagFrost™ 1° and 5°. Other options are available upon request.
If effects are required, an optional module with a fully indexable rotating wheel with 7 gobos, a static wheel with 9 gobos and an animation wheel is available.
This fixture, as you would expect, comes with additional Robe innovations. Cpulse ™ flicker-free management system for HD and UHD cameras; L3 ™ Low Light Linearity dimming software for imperceptible fades to black; AirLOC ™ (Less Optical Cleaning) technology that keeps optical components in pristine condition for much longer.
